Express Workout
The fitness professionals at GTAC would like to introduce you to the Express Workout. This circuit workout consists of eight machines to target the major muscle groups of the body and is perfect for those new to the exercise floor as well as those who prefer ongoing support from a fitness coach. Our coaches are here to help you get set up properly and answer your questions during your 25-30 minute strength workout. You will also be able to track your progress on an easy to follow workout card.
