Ab Lab- Build Core and abdominal strength. Sculpt-Circuit training class with light weights and high repetition.
Cardio Kinesis Trains muscular strength and endurance; also helps improve balance, stability and flexibility.
Core– Challenging core and strength class.
Cardio Sculpt- Combines cardio and strength training.
Cycle Blast-30 minutes of high intensity indoor cycling.
Indoor Cycle-Indoor cycling class followed by various conditioning work outs.
Stretch/Flexibility Training- Intense stretching intended to improve flexible levels.
Just Weights-Body sculpting with weights no cardio.

Lunch Crunch-A Boot Camp based class that includes cardio, plyometrics and resistance training.

Muscle Toning- Combines Circuit training with strength, endurance and balance exercises.

Vinyasa Yoga-Connects movement and breath as you move through free flowing sequences of yoga postures.
Yoga Body-Mind/body/breath principles heighten the yoga flow and experience. Yoga Therapy-This therapy class will target stiffness from past injury, help regain mobility of the joints, suppleness to the muscles, regain agility and strength.
