Lauren has worked for two of the greatest chefs of our time - Emeril Lagasse’s flagship restaurant in her home town of New Orleans for nine years and for Jean-Georges Vongrichten for four years. After Emeril catered her wedding, she decided to bring her expertise and know how to our kitchen and is proud to call herself a Houstonian.

Jessica started working in the restaurant business at the age of 5 with her father, owner, and chef of Chez Nous, which has won a remarkable number of awards. Jessica’s hands-on experience and expertise working with her father and his staff in the restaurant business has been a wonderful addition and has added depth and dimension to Verve.
